RMH Financial Consultants Inc. was founded by Robert Michael Homer in 2005 and was registered under the Company's Act in Barbados under company No. 25324 on May 23, 2005. The Company is a member of the Barbados Small Business Association.

The Company provides financial, consultation and management services to organizations throughout the Caribbean region. Robert Michael Homer is a past Secretary of the Supervisory Committee of the Barbados Workers Union Co-operative Credit Union Limited having served in that position for the period 2007 to 2010 together with serving on the Finance Committee of that Credit Union. He is also currently serving as the Assistant Treasurer of the St. George Secondary School Parent Teachers Association.
